Joep van Heumen

Joep is seen as someone who is open and honest, has a strong perseverance and is creative. He likes to take initiatives and is a go-getter; also in difficult situations.

Looking back on his work history, we have often heard colleagues say that he can listen well and has a good empathy. Another characteristic is his good verbal expression, which he has been able to develop well over the years, partly due to his study of commercial engineering. Joep is always open to the opinion of someone else, but he also finds his own opinion important. Thanks to his result-oriented attitude, colleagues enjoy working with him and know that they can leave assignments to him. Although Joep experiences conflicts as annoying, he does not shy away from them. He does want to look for a solution in a reasonable way. His work results are characterized by meticulous care, in which he must be careful that he does not hurry up to perfectionism.
